And So We Begin

Sometimes it takes a long time for dreams to take the shape of reality.  I always wonder where ideas and dreams come from.  Some people would say God, some would say The Universe, others would say what are you talking about?  I would say that I have been an adherent of believing that God, whatever form that takes for someone, does plant little thought seeds in us.  Seeds that are compatible with our strengths and desires.  Or it could be that we just have strengths, ideas, desires and over time if we pay enough attention to them and are willing to declutter the barriers to them, we find that dreams can become reality.

It takes time.  It has taken time for me that is for sure.  But I have followed ideas, dreams, desires for years that have been consistent with my love of home.  I have been living a lifetime in a really beautiful evolution of style, color, design and it is just lovely and wonderful and exciting.  If this were the 60's, you would not find me here saying these things because for me, that was the ugliest time in the history of style, color and design.  I am surprised my soul was able to endure, but I was very young and had other things to focus on such as growing up.  And thankfully, just in the nick of time as I began to buy and live in houses that my soul found - style, color and design also evolved into compatibility with my soul.  I am a lucky girl.

So, now, here I am, about to actualize a dream long in the making.  I have wanted some sort of shop for years and thought about different ways to go about it.  I have not had the luxury of capital to start just any wild hair venture so I have had to wait.  And wait.  And now, out of nowhere, I was perusing instagram photos, hopping down rabbit trails and somehow, I discovered an engine that allows you to create an online store in an online marketplace.  For free!  And I am in. Start you online store now it said.  So I did.

I had come up with my store name months ago.  I have been building my product line for years.  All with my dream in mind.  And now

My dream comes true
